FAQ

First, please make sure HDMI connection is correct; second, check your supply and make sure it’s well connected showing a blue light at the front.

First, increase the volume to check if has sound; second, the audio codec format may not be supported by the tv box, you can change to the supported audio on playing menu.

Please try the other USB port, if one of the USB can’t be read, turn off the tv box and restart. If failed with both USB ports, the USB flash drive format may not be compatible with the box.

Big file or high resolution need longer time to read and display on the tv screen.

First, turn off the tv box, wait 30s, then turn on again. Second, if working with HDMI, check if HDMI connection is right, or change to a new HDMI cable, and set the output resolution to be 720p.
